As per the latest info, the President of India, Mrs Prathibha Patil, selected sachin tendulkar as a member of the Upper House(Rajya Sabha) of Parliament from her quota. Earlier, sachin tendulkar met the AICC President, Mrs.Sonia Gandhi and gave his nod to become the M.P.of Rajyasabha. Tendulkar, who made his debut in international cricket in the year, 1989 has made a total of 100 centuries in test as well
