Ishq Movie Review

Ishq Movie Review
Ishq Movie Review
Behind the Movie Ishq: Young hero Nitin being on a flop run from very long period joined the hands with cute Nithya Menon for this romantic love subject in the direction of Vikram. As music by Anup Rubens has got a positive buzz, let us see how far this flick will help Nitin to find some positives.

In The Movie Ishq: Sportsman Shiva (Ajay) is the only son of Police Commissioner (Nagineedu). Unable to win the love of his college mate Divya (Sindhu Tolani), Shiva turns psychic for a while and is thrown out from house by his dad.

After 3 years, story begins with college student Rahul (Nitin) on boarding a Delhi to Hyderabad bound flight falls instantly in love with Priya (Nithya Menon). After initial upsets, Priya understands Rahul and meanwhile flight will have an emergency landing in Goa. With help of his Aunt Jaya (Rohini) in Goa, in no time Rahul and Priya get close. On arriving in Hyderabad, its time for twist as Priyas brother is none other than Shiva and Rahuls sister is none other than Divya. How did Rahul and Priyas love story steer towards a happy ending forms the rest.

Values of the Movie Ishq: As said above, story of the film is pretty straight with no hiccups. Screenplay by Vikram was refreshing in first half while second half has got some regular shades. Direction wise, the way Vikram weaved romantic thread between Nitin and Nithya is quite impressive. Cinematography by PC Sreeram stood top notch elevating every simple expression of lead pair. His work is above the adorable level. Dialogues by Ramesh Samala were very much conservative living up to the purpose of directors demand. Editing by Sreekar Prasad helped the flavor of love to remain in-tact. Music by Anup Rubens is also one of the highlights. All the songs were well picturized. Performance wise, Nitin has cut down his extra mannerisms for a better result. With short hair and stylish look, he was apt living as Rahul. More than Nitin, it will be Nithya who will win more accolades for lively performance. She was too cute and definitely anybody is to fall in love for such innocence. In fact, Nithya was living larger than life in her character. Ajay got a short tempered character well handled. Nagineedu is okay. Alis comedy for a scene was rib tickling. Sindhu Tolani too has done well. Of the remaining, Rohini, Duvvasi Mohan, Supreet etc were justified.
