Adhinayakudu' is 'Bacha' Before 'Racha'?

As far as the age groups are concerned, ram charan is 'Bachcha' before Balakrishna as ram charan is at the age of 27 while Balakrishna is 51. However, it appears Balakrishna's 'Adhinayakudu' is a 'Bachcha' before ram charan's 'Rachcha'.
